1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
- The product is in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be exempt from returns, including:
- Products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Customized or personalized products (unless they are defective).
3. Initiating a Return
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, securely package the item in its original packaging. Include your order number and return authorization inside the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Refund Timeframes:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
- The refund may take an additional few days to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer the following options:
- Replacement: We will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
- Refund: If you prefer, we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.
8. Return Conditions
GlossPocket reserves the right to refuse a return if the product:
- Shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Is returned outside of the 14-day window.
- Does not have original packaging or tags.
In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
